Internal Recruiter - Talent Manager
GBP18-23,000 + Bonus Annual Average GBP2400
Incentive trips, last two having been to Bruges, Marbella and 5* Lunches in London

Netbox Recruitment Ltd are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for a perceptive, intuitive person with first class communication skills and a passion for people. At Netbox we strive to deliver the best customer experience at every stage of the recruitment journey, you will play a critical role in supporting the end to end recruitment process, acting as a consistent point of contact for our Candidates and our Recruitment Business Partners. You will be responsible for engaging the team, driving the recruitment process and sourcing the best talent for various businesses in the Kent area.
The role
• To work with our Recruitment Business Partners to discuss recruitment needs and advise on attraction strategies and best practice.
• Advertise vacancies utilising external Job Boards and Social Media portals.
• To administer and maintain the Applicant tracking system along with our talent pool
• To provide a first-class candidate experience ensuring that you take ownership of candidate contact
• To partner with our Recruitment Business Partners to proactively drive the recruitment process with pace and professionalism whilst working to a strict deadline
• To support with short listing and distribution of applications via the Applicant Tracking System, as required.
• Supporting with arrangements of interviews and candidate registrations
• Carrying out interviews or supporting the recruitment consultant as part of the interview panel where required.
• To carry out telephone interviews with candidates as required.
• To drive the delivery of Resourcing KPIs
• Proactively review and drive the sourcing, development and usage of sourcing and attraction methods e.g. social media, job boards.
• Support in the development of selection processes and recruitment documentation.
• Engage with Recruitment Consultants to gain and provide interview feedback to all of our candidates.
What you'll need to succeed......
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Administration Skills.
• Previous experience in Recruitment either in house or agency.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels both verbally and in writing.
• Passionate about providing excellent service and recruiting talented individuals.
