We are looking for 70 graduates across 10 schemes to join our fast paced, dynamic and innovative company. Ocado has been growing rapidly and through this we are giving real responsibility and autonomy to our graduates. Graduates will not just fill spaces, but we will give you genuine development opportunities to become future leaders and rise quickly through the company to help shape the future of Ocado.

What we want from our Finance candidates

Do you have a passion for numbers? Are you capable of analysing and interpreting data? Do you want to progress with a career in finance and gain professional qualifications?

The Finance Scheme

The programme is designed to support you in becoming a Finance leader of tomorrow. This 3 year programme will involve a series of one year placements across a variety of Finance areas including: Retail, Operations, Central, Technology and Group Finance.

Potential Placements include:

1st year - Your first year forms a balance of reporting into options such as Retail, KPI's, Logistics Development and Solutions, as well as projects to help you discover about the finance at Ocado. You will present your reports to finance directors and it is expected that you are the focal point of your work, knowing the numbers better than anyone else and you can tell the story of what they say.

2nd year - This rotation will depend on the capability and experience you have gained in your first year. The more you have networked and applied yourself, the more responsibility you will be given. This can be taking a lesser known part of the business and building relationships there to create your own project. You will start to own processes and manipulate data in your role. This second year can involve more 'value added' processes to the company.

3rd year - With your experience, you can be assigned projects where the business needs you. Graduates in their third year are seen more as individuals out right, and take on far more responsibility than a graduate could assume. Graduates in the past have gone on to look after the finances for Central or Retail at Ocado.
