Lloyd Recruitment services are pleased to be working with a leading hospitality company in the Lingfield area. Due to ongoing success and growth, there is now a requirement for a Leisure Attendant to join the team.
The successful candidate will be proactive, accurate and highly motivated with a positive attitude towards work. You will provide exceptional service to spa visitors and guests and ensure that high standards of presentation and customer service are maintained at all times.
Main duties:
* To prioritise the comfort and wellbeing of customers, clients and guests at all times, behaving in a manner conducive to the atmosphere of the Spa, operating with professionalism and speaking with enthusiasm about products and services
* To take responsibility for the Pool Plant duties of the Spa on a regular basis to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained in line with departmental and legal requirements
* To regularly complete a walk around of the entire Spa facility ensuring high standards of presentation and cleanliness as per check sheets or Standard Operating Procedure. During shift, to regularly be aware of presentation and cleanliness, ensuring bins are emptied, towels tidy etc
* To ensure that all product and equipment, including gym fitness equipment, is used in a safe and proper manner and is stored appropriately
* To encourage the responsible and respectful use of equipment. Wearing appropriate PPE where appropriate, and prolonging the life of the equipment through proper care
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* GCSE or equivalent
* Pool Plant Operator (3 days) or willingness to gain certification
* Lifeguard or Pool Responder or willingness to gain certification
* First Aid at Work (3 days) or willingness to gain certification
* Previous Spa, Gym or Leisure experience
* Demonstrable customer service excellence
