Our client is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to work from their Hastings office.

Duties will include:

- Carry out valuations and negotiate prices with Landlords to achieve a larger property portfolio
- Maintain a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire future business with them
- Promote additional services to existing clients and customers
- A proven track record of procuring properties direct with Landlords
- Awareness of competitor performance and activity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attend Networking Events

Role Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years recent Lettings experience
- Good timekeeping skills.
- The ability to think on your feet.
- Computer Literate.
- Must have a full clean license and access to own transport.

You will have 25 days holiday.
37.5 hours per week
Competative salary. DOE

This is an office based role, however you will also have outbound duties.

You must be an excellent communicator, have good customer service skills and have a friendly and helpful approach.
