Assistant Business Coordinator GBP18-22K
Are you well organised, with excellent attention to detail ?
As the Assistant Business Coordinator working for this successful Independent Financial Advisors, you will be helping to organise and complete a number of non-client and sometimes client facing tasks
Key Responsibilities;
* Preparing appropriate documents for individual clients
* Ensure relevant paperwork is complete/received
* File documents post meetings and submit to provider
* ID checks including sanction register check
* Send summary of decisions to client post second meeting
* Chase transfers and any new money and update client
* Complete fund switches as required
* Input risk questionnaire results onto the system
* Sending/chasing Letters of Authority to clients/providers
* Updating clients throughout the new business process
* Complete case submissions
* Correspond with clients both verbally and in written format
* Scanning documents and storing them in the correct file
* Keep Managing Director updated weekly and as required on issues and pipeline
* Help oversee specialist outsource work
* Prioritising and allocating outsourcing
* Summarising quality from advisers/staff
* Occasional sitting on first appointments

* Understanding of the financial planning process

* Ability to achieve agreed outcomes independently
* Ability to plan own workload

An interest in Financial Services would be advantageous
Working Hours from 8.00 am until 5.00 pm weekdays (although we normally finish at 4.00 on a Friday) and one Saturday morning a month (8.30-12.30)
