Job Description
We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Operations Manager responsible within our business for the West Midlands region, reporting into our Recruitment Operations Director.
In this role, the right candidate will have responsibility for developing & managing client relationships, managing Operational Support (Area) Managers, managing site based operational teams and working with other colleagues to ensure service delivery is maintained at the highest levels to meet client demands.
In addition, they will be accountable for adherence to compliance policies, work processes and financial budgets for their designated region.
The Successful Applicant
Experience within the 4PL / Recruitment sector essential.
Experience of working within the distribution / warehousing sector.
Experience of managing, developing & supporting operational managers & teams to deliver results.
Strong time management & organisational skills in order to manage the demands of this strategically important & multi-site role.
Confident communicator, ability to build relationships at all levels of the customers & the internal company organisation.
