We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills and good initiative to join our network of self employed drivers with the availability to accept work 2 - 5 days a week preferably to include a Monday and Friday
If you are accepted as a contractor you will receive:
* Guarenteed average daily earnings of GBP85 per day for the first 20 days
* A 7 hour induction day for information purposes and will also spend the first 5 days with another self-employed driver. Please note once passing the induction you will be able to invoice GBP50 on your first invoice for your time at the induction.
* The ability to be full or part time

We are an independently owned vehicle logistics and fleet management company with over 25 years experience in the industry operating out of 5 main UK depots in Worcester, Bolton, Gloucester, Bedford and Throckmorton. Our company's culture is very much based on the principles of support, encouragement and the determination to succeed. Through a commitment to high standards of service delivery and quality, a GBP42m+ turnover our business continues to grow with us already working with a number of reputable brands including Mazda, Nissan, Vauxhall, Toyota and Enterprise.
Responsibilities of a Self Employed Driver:
* Drive a variety of vehicles all across the country, using your own skills to plan the most efficient route
* Call all customers in advance of delivery to confirm the estimated time of arrival and offer a professional handover as well as demonstrating the use of the controls and technology within the vehicles.
* Thorough completion of a digital handover remembering to log customer signatures and also conducting thorough checks of all vehicles to ensure no damage is present.
* Use initiative and navigate your own way between vehicle moves by either contacting fellow self-employed drivers or occasionally via public transport.
If you match the following criteria, you could be providing services to us:
• Hold a licence with no more than 6 points for minor driving offences
• Hold a licence with no serious unspent motoring convictions (e.g. DR10)
• Be a minimum of 25 years old for insurance purposes
• Have a minimum of 5 years driving experience
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Experience within a customer facing role
