Sales Specialist - Gibbs & Dandy: Builders Merchants

This position is working for Gibbs & Dandy, part of the Saint Gobain group - Global winners of TOP EMPLOYER 2017 and 2018.
We have an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated Sales Specialist to join our Huddersfield team in branch. As a Sales Specialist with Gibbs & Dandy, you will be right at the heart of where it all happens, by acting as a brand ambassador at all times, providing phenomenal customer service experiences and actively seeking to continually improve our customers' experience with us.
As a Sales Specialist you will:
Proactively create orders and sell solutions to our customers over the phone and face to face to meet their needs and drive sales for the branch.
Be preferably fully knowledgeable of all our products and services, but full training can be given.
Confident in dealing with customer issues and concerns.
To be suitable for the Sales Specialist role, you will have:
Previous sales/customer service experience.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and deal with customer queries.
Administration.
Organised and upbeat - used to working in fast-paced environments.
