Are you an experienced Sales Ledger professional, looking for a new opportunity? This vacancy is for an Accounts Assistant (Cashiering) to work at modern and friendly offices

Duties include receive, sort and log daily banking from sites. complete daily banking posting sheets for allocated sites, correctly allocate payments against relevant outstanding SL accounts and reconcile cash suspense accounts. Investigate and resolve queries quickly and efficiently, resolving internal queries with the relevant sites professionally and efficiently. Keep all filing up to date, highlight to the Finance Manager and/or Group Financial Controller of any known financial risk to the business. Ensure that all systems and procedures in place within the business comply with current legislation and Group policy

You will have previous experience working in a cashiering/sales ledger role, attention to detail., be enthusiastic and motivated. Be computer literacy, strong administration and time management, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be a confident communicator both verbal and written. Good team player. Kerridge/CDK/Drive experience beneficial but not essential. Automotive experience beneficial but not essential.
