COMMERCIAL CLEANER

COMMERCIAL CLEANER REQUIRED

(due to staff member of 15+ years retiring)

Working within Construction Industry.

Carrying out all aspects of Commercial Cleaning including internal of buildings, carpet shampooing, floors, windows, etc. on New Builds, Refurbishments, Site Facilities, etc.

Must hold Current CSCS Cert. and Full clean UK Driving Licence (with knowledge of North West UK roads and UK Motorway network).

Good communication skills are essential.

Basic Hours 7.00 am to 4.30 pm.

Minimum three full days (24 hours per week).

Must be flexible and available to work additional days as Contracts demand.

Hourly Rate exceeds National Minimum.

2 No. Previous Employer references required.

Training will be given to suitable candidate, and CRB Clearance will be sought, following initial Trial period of 6 month.
