YMCA DownsLink Group is recruiting for a young person's housing advice worker for its busy information and advice drop-in at the Youth Advice Centre (YAC).

This role will work mainly within the outstanding Housing Advice Service, providing a single point of access offering advice, guidance and support to young people aged 16 to 25 years old seeking to maintain their housing and, where necessary, to help them find more appropriate accommodation.

You must have previous experience of working with young people, have a good knowledge and understanding of housing legislation, and have excellent communication skills.
