Full time opportunity working within a well established charity who require support to the HR and Payroll team. Duties include:
Administer the recruitment process and create recruitment campaigns
Create application packs and produce correspondence
Issue contract / appointment documentations
Process DBS checks, references, ensuring new staff members are correctly vetted
Process ID cards
Set up and maintain employee files
Update and maintain the HR database, producing reports and training new users
Payroll - collate payroll paperwork, support the HR & Payroll Manager with processing and respond to payroll queries
Act as Receptionist to HR team
Minute taking at meetings and general duties as required
Applicants will have high level admin experience within an office environment. HR / payroll experience is desirable.
