This rapidly-growing digital marketing agency is seeking a Business Development Exec to drive the development of new relationships, as well as developing business with existing clients.

They are looking for someone who is comfortable in front of clients, creating new opportunities and has a track record of building strong relationships with key decision makers. Your role will be a mix of working with inbound leads, and also devising strategies to fuel your pipeline with more high quality leads.

They work closely with leads developed through trusted relationships to deliver a customised digital solution. You will therefore use your digital marketing expertise, knowledge and deep understanding of their services to understand clients' goals and objectives then develop the right mix of digital marketing.

What's Involved in the Role?
From your first month, you will take ownership of delivering sales and marketing at this agency, specifically this means:
1. Provide prospective clients with the right digital marketing strategy based on your in-depth understanding of their business
2. Drive new business including opportunities across new prospective clients and existing clients
3. Promote their brand, values and proposition across various marketing channels and activities

The following will to come naturally to you:
- Strategic marketing - being able to understand business objectives and translate that to a client solution
- Ability to confidently talk to clients of varying seniority about all aspects of their digital marketing
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to hold high level conversations to persuade client thinking
- Passionate about digital marketing and being a part of a small but rapidly growing agency
- A rapport builder and team player to work with internal and external teams

You will have experience in the following areas:
- Client facing or account management
- Business development or sales in a professional services environment and a record of growing client accounts
- Working hands-on across a wide range of digital marketing channels
- Professional business communication
- Completed degree level education in a relevant subject
