Full Time Support Worker (Need Transport Due To Location)

A well-established large organization is recruiting for Support Workers for their 4 bed Supportive Living Service in Gloucester. You will be working with Adults who have learning disabilities and no challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Support clients with everyday duties i. cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping etc
- Manage them through their Support Plans (maintain good health and diet)
- Assist them with any activities or day centres they attend to
- Accompany them on the bank, appointments, health visits and in the community
- Encourage them with future goals they would like to achieve
- Minimal personal care

Qualifying candidates:
- Have life, paid, personal or voluntary experience in care (any setting / sector)
- Must have transport due to location

Contract / Terms:
- Salary with sleep is £19,460 - £23,124 per annum = £8 an hour (£15,796)
- 1 or 2 sleepin per week paid at £70 per sleep = £3,664 - £7,328 per annum
- Full time contract of 37 hours a week. Monday to Fridays with alternative weekends
- Shifts vary but a typical pattern is 3pm - 10:30pm (sleep) 7:30am - 10:30am
