Creative Co-ordinator

Our client is a global, award winning luggage and travel goods business, which prides itself on quality, innovation and product development.  They’re looking for a Creative Co-ordinator to work closely with the UK Design department and China Studio to update and improve marketing materials, exhibitions and global showrooms.

The role will include:

• Arranging and updating new product brochures and videos
• Co-ordinating decisions on product POS – hangtags and front panel displays
• End consumer advertising for retailers (e.g. magazines, social media, online, etc.)
• Designing and maintaining social media platforms
• Briefing and approving product photography from their China Office Studio
• Maintaining, updating and re-ordering samples and new colours
• Visual merchandising
• Managing their global exhibitions including display methods, stand design and POS on stand.
• Completing all necessary exhibition administration (e.g. hotel bookings, adverts and invites, etc.)
• Managing trade advertising
• Any other reasonable task as required

You will need to have:

• A graphic design degree would be a plus
• The ability to work autonomously and show initiative
• Ability to write marketing and promotional briefs
• Competent in briefing agencies and other departments
• Experience of compiling & implementing marketing strategies
• Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise work and to work to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment
• Energy, creativity and enthusiasm
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong Photoshop skills
• Ability to travel up to a maximum of 5% of the time, including internationally
