Our client is looking for passionate, talented and reliable kitchen manager/ Head Chef to work winter season with 1-5month contracts in different resorts in the stunning Alps of either France, Austria and Italy.

Job role & requirements

• Responsible for all aspects of the Kitchen, standards, quality of food, safety and cleanliness

• Manage and mentor junior staff

• Ensure preparation of meals in accordance with the company’s menu

• Implement staff rota

• Provide menus for guests with allergies and dietary requirements

• stock takes, budget control, HACCP, staff management and health & safety.

• Adhering to and assist with the implementation of health and safety procedures
