Our client is always looking to acquire, retain and develop the best talent and are currently recruiting a Graduate Acoustics Engineer to help with the continued performance & growth of the business.
We are seeking a positive, hardworking & motivated Graduate Engineer. Given the diversity of the work we can consider graduates with degrees in the following fields - Acoustic Engineering, Audio Engineering, Sound Engineering, or Physics.
As the Graduate Acoustics Engineer you will be developed into having the following responsibilities:
* Acoustic testing of materials, including absorption, transmission loss and air permeability testing
* Support internal customers to supply and discuss materials information with potential and existing customers
* Assist with information reviews and internal discussions on new projects
* Documenting material specifications and updating data systems as appropriate for new projects
* Research and development activity where required to enhance the properties of materials and products and to develop innovative product solutions
* Provision of acoustic information and data to determine material specifications for new projects, in conjunction with staff across the business
* Collation of data
