ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTS (Two Posts)
St Johns Medical Practice is a busy Practice situated in leafy Sevenoaks.
We are within walking distance of Bat and Ball station and there are good bus links to the town
We are looking for two Administrative Assistants to join our busy, friendly team. The surgery is open 08.00 to 18.30 each day and a shift system operates to ensure the surgery is staffed during these hours.
Main duties will include:
- Answering phones and re-directing calls to the appropriate person
- Working on Reception
- Making appointments for patients via an on-line booking system
- Organising prescriptions and answering queries from patients regarding their prescriptions.
Relevant experience in a healthcare environment is desirable. However, full training will be given.
