Customer Service Administrator

Location: Kenley

Company: BSW Heating Ltd

Contract: Fixed term Up To 26.04.19

Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week Average

Salary:  £19,125

Shift: Alternating 08:00 – 17:00 / 08:00 – 18:00 Monday To Friday

Start Date:  Immediate.

Overall Purpose:

To handle incoming calls with a high level of customer service, allocating and scheduling engineers as necessary. Also, to be productive by maintaining a good level of incoming and outgoing calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To promptly answer calls in an enthusiastic, courteous and efficient manner.
  • To book or reschedule appointments by way of allocating the correct engineer.
  • To identify the customer’s requirements and attend to these, or divert the call to the correct person.
  • Resolve queries where possible.
  • Be clear in communicating information to both customers and staff.
  • Be positive as part of being a team member.
  • Maintain a smart appearance that adheres to company standards.
  • Keep a good level of attendance and time-keeping.
  • Assist with other admin duties, as requested, between calls.

Key Attributes:

  • Good standard of keyboard skills and basic knowledge of Windows software, especially Outlook.
  • A positive attitude to work.
  • Presentable in appearance.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
