Wallis Lynch are working with a Rugby based business to recruit a part time Finance Assistant on a temporary basis for an initial period of four months.
The business are looking for someone to work on a part time basis for 15 - 20 hours per week and are very flexible about when these hours are worked during standard office hours. This would suit either a parent looking to work reduced hours each day around the school run or someone looking for 3 days per week or fewer hours per day.
This is a new role due to growth within the business. The role is varied and will ensure the day to day accounts transactions are processed to a high standard. You will be responsible for purchase ledger, banking, credit control and other ad hoc duties within the finance function as required. Good communication skills and strong problem solving skills are important and you will work as part of a small finance team.
