An established Private Consultancy are searching for an ambitious and talented Senior Town Planner to join their highly skilled team of expert planners. This particular consultancy has a rich history dating back over a century, and is renowned for employing only the very best planners and designers.
The successful Senior Town Planner will be expected to hold the following experience:
* Be or working towards a Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
* A full UK driver's licence and access to a car.
* At least 5 years planning experience within either a private consultancy or local authority.
* A general knowledge and understanding of the city of Nottingham and the surrounding area.
The role will include duties such as:
* Managing projects involving planning applications and appeals, providing accurate and efficient advice to clients.
* Investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
* Demonstrating an ability to marshal evidence in support of the planning projects.
* Demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude with the drive to meet client expectations and promote the business through the use of marketing and networking skills.
