Circa GBP22,000 Basic with an OTE of GBP38,000-GBP42,000 and end of year discretionary profit share.

We are recruiting for an Assistant Estate Agency Manager for our award winning client based in Dunmow. If you are highly target driven and experienced within the Property sector and you are seeking that next step in your career, this is the role for you.
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be supporting the following day to day duties:
Maximising the overall income and profitability within the branch
Recruiting, inducting and leading a team of consultants
Build and maintain customer relationships through regular contact and following up of leads
Carrying out viewings and market appraisals on residential properties
Providing a first class customer service experience through the process
The suitable applicant will possess:
A proven track record in the industry
Be target driven
Possess professional customer service skills both written and verbally
A strong ability to build relationships
A resilient and positive mentality
A Full driving licence
