Our client is looking for individuals with a strong sales drive who can also provide an excellent service to customers. The individual will hold a full UK driving licence, enjoy engaging with customers face-face and have experience working in a sales/customer service/retail background.
You will work as the face of the company and have a passion to give a natural customer service. You will be confident on the phone and enjoy working in an environment working towards targets allowing you the opportunity to earn more. Your role will be working in the retail automotive sector. You will need to be constantly busy, closing sales and making generating sales opportunities from online leads.
You will need to:
* Work well independently
* Work a 48 hour rota, covering 5 days and working weekends.
* Be able to persuade and close sales
* Have the ability to organise, prioritise your own workload with minimal supervision
Starting basic salary of GBP20'000 rising after 6 months plus a monthly bonus based on KPI's which average out to an OTE of GBP29,000 per annum. Great career progression opportunities
