We are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Coordinator to join our Swindon team. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in introducing and embedding process into growing organisations including:
* Writing policies and procedures
* Management of ISO compliant business systems
* Conducting internal review and/or audit of business processes
You will be joining a busy team and although you will be trained on our system you will need enough experience and knowledge to understand our requirements and those of the accreditation processes. We are looking for someone who wants to grow within the company.
The essential tasks for the Business Systems & Policy Coordinator role are:
* Understand and promote continuous improvement of business processes and systems, proactively identifying and championing opportunities for improvement
* Continuously improve business systems with a strong focus on how information is made readily available to the whole company
* Maintain the business systems to support current and new certifications (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 27001)
* Update and maintain business systems to ensure they remain compliant with relevant legislation
* Liaise with all staff, customers, suppliers, external auditors, as required
Education and Qualifications:
* Degree level qualification or equivalent work experience
* H & S qualification such as NEBOSH is desirable
