Senior Accountant- Permanent- Watford
GBP35,000-GBP40,000 + bonus + benefits
Our client, a market leader in their field, are seeking a confident and experienced accountant to join their innovative business. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller you will play the pivotal role in this lean and close-knit finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing monthly accruals and prepayments
- Maintaining fixed asset register
- Reconciling and analysing balance sheet accounts
- Preparing the monthly management financial statements
- Assisting in preparation of other reports including variance explanations
- Ensuring accuracy of transactions and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
The successful candidate will be an experienced and conscientious accountant who is keen to take on a varied role within a small finance function. With excellent experience in month-end duties and fixed assets, you will be confident in working on your own initiative.
Open to part-qualified or qualified by experience candidates, they are looking for a bubbly and personable individual who can work closely with the team.
