Job Title - Media Sales Manager

Salary - GBP25,000 - GBP30,000

Industry - Advertising/Publishing/Media

The successful Media Sales Manager will be required to do the following however not limited to:

* Day to day sales lead for across Hiddenwires multiplatform (Print, Digital & Data) offering.
* Responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients/prospects within the UK and internationally.
* Become the ambassador for this product and the industry itself, therefore developing relationships with companies that distribute product and provide installation services to uncover new development opportunities.
* Set the direction and support for the product areas and related team to ensure delivery against monthly and annual targets.
* Work with Company Data Support to refine and increase the readership database.
* Working closely with the Group Director to identify new client needs against which to develop new product areas and related revenue streams'
* Be collaborative and a role model for the wider sales team you'll work within.

Sales Manager will be required to reach the following objectives but again not limited to:

* Grow annual revenue from GBP65,000 to GBP100,000+ by the end of year one
* Increase share of revenue from new/lapsed clients from 18% to 30%
* Develop and introduce research and event based revenue streams to the title.
* Maximise time spent talking with prospects and clients
* Work collaboratively with peers to increase the number of clients buying products across our sister publications contract publishing offering.

Finally, the successful Sales Manager will have the following experience and skills in order to be considered for this opportunity:

* Proven track record of year on year revenue growth delivery
* Telesales and Field Sales background in Media/Publishing/Advertising Sales
* Ability to manage and progress individual sales process as well as a wider team's.
* Past roles in media sales a benefit but not a required
* Have a consistent enthusiastic work ethic to
* Full Driving License
* Technical experience in Excel and Powerpoint
* Open to criticism and others' ideas
* Strong communicator
* Analytically Thinking
