My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Urban Designer to be based in the Exeter area on a permanent basis. If you would like to work for an award winning organisation to direct the urban design department and projects.
We would like to hear from you if you have previous experience in master planning and urban design. You must have been in a previous role as a senior urban designer to be considered for this position.
You must be confident using software's such as Vector works / AutoCAD / Sketch Up.
Ideally the candidate will have the following for this Senior Urban Designer position:-
* Education to degree level or equivalent in urban design, architecture or town planning
* MA/ MSc in Urban Design/ Regeneration/ Planning
* Experience working on commercial master planning projects
* An understanding of the residential sector and producing residential led masterplans
* Knowledge of both private and public sectors
* Revit experience
