HR Systems Advisor GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 Birmingham
We are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Advisor to join a fantastic company based in Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience working with Ceridian. You will be responsible for the maintenance and configuration of the HRIS and managing the monthly payroll submission. This is an immensely challenging and rewarding role where attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box are key.
Main Duties of this role include:
Complete the monthly Payroll submission for all employees including pension submissions, auditing, running requested reports and dealing with payroll related enquiries.
Support and manage the HRIS system to include upgrades, test enhancements and serve as a technical point of contact.
Conduct internal auditing of the system to ensure all data is accurate and compliant with GDPR
Support the wider HR team on related activities to range from general administration to ER caseloads.
