As N Brown, #2 on the Prolific North's Top 100 e-Commerce companies, we are looking for an HR Project Manager to join our Head Office in Manchester.

You will help us to deliver our programme of activities delivering technology, organisational and cultural changes across the business. Whilst we continually strive to improve our digital offering, we also aim to improve our talent, reward and engagement strategies with the rest of the team. This role is initially a 9-months maternity cover with a possible extension up to 12-months.

As an HR Project Manager, your daily duties will include:

- Implementing the people plan to ensure key milestones, goals and metrics are identified and delivered, whilst collaborating with the stakeholders and internal customers.
- Working alongside and engaging with a range of stakeholders including Chief People Officer, Head of People, People Business Partners, Talent, Reward, Colleague Experience teams as well as functional experts across Finance, IT, Procurement and the wider Business.
- Managing all aspects of the People System, including planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues and risks ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.
- Applying a structured change management approach and methodologies, supporting the business move to the new ways of working seamlessly.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of people systems and practices and ensuring all new legislation implication is considered, i.e. FCA, GDPR.
- Working with procurement and project leads to understand the market and manage feasibility studies into system solutions.

To be a successful HR Project Manager, you will have the following skills and experiences:

- An understanding and previous experience of project management and methodologies (internally and externally), including agile principles.
- Experience in managing and leading people change and business transformation.
- Experience of HR software implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management, budget management and an understanding of procurement processes.
- A blend of best practice HR knowledge, including but not exclusive to Reward, L&D, Resourcing, Talent & OD, ER & Policy.
- Confidence with internal systems and the ability to use them to communicate effectively, interpret and analyse data.

In return, the you will receive a salary of up to GBP50,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.
