You will be the first point of contact for providing a quality end to end HR administrative service to our fast-paced business, processing contractual changes and dealing with related queries using an Oracle HR system.
You will also provide accurate and appropriate advice and guidance on queries that come into the HR Shared Service Centre via phone, email or letters. You will work closely with the Payroll, Recruitment and Employee Relation teams, to ensure the highest quality of service is provided and that a consistent approach is taken in relation to all cases that are logged.
Experience required:
* Proven experience within a HR environment
* Excellent organisation and experience of working to deadlines
* Strong decision-making and communication skills, and able to liaise with stakeholders and employees across the business at all levels
* Excellent customer service skills with an ability to work in a confidential environment
* IT Literacy, Microsoft Office essential
* Knowledge of Oracle is desirable
* Basic understanding of Employment Law
