Conrad Consulting are working closely with a growing architectural practice based in the centre of Worcester, seeking an Architectural Technician to join their multiple award winning team.
The practice are a small yet experienced outfit, specialising in Residential and Landscape Architecture predominantly throughout the Worcestershire region. Due to sustainable growth and a healthy pipeline of projects to be worked on, the practice are now in a position to recruit an Architectural Technician in to the business.
The Architectural Technician required for the position will ideally possess at least 2 years of post qualification experience, with particular experience of working within the Residential sector. You will be joining a some what multi-disciplinary practice that have won multiple awards in Landscape Design, Architecture and Project Management.
This is an ideal role for an Architectural Technician to join a practice that are looking to grow at a rapid rate. You will be presented with the opportunity to run your own projects eventually, whilst receiving mentorship from experienced Architects within the business.
Skills & qualifications required of the Architectural Technician as follows:
??A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent (UK recognised)
??Approximately 2-5 years of industry experience
??Residential experience alongside a keen interest in Landscape Architecture
You will be offered a salary in the region of GBP22,000-GBP26,000 per annum dependant on experience.
