Is your degree acknowledged by the RTPI?
Can you demonstrate your geographical understanding of the North West?
We are seeking a Graduate Town planner in Lancaster to join a National housebuilder.
You:
* Will hold a RTPI accredited Town planning degree
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous private or public sector experience would be highly beneficial
* Strong geographical knowledge of the North West
* Excellent understanding of the planning system
The role:
* Support the planning and land team
* Undertake planning applications
* Identify and asses land development opportunities
* Support financial appraisals of new sites
* Negotiate s106 agreements and planning conditions
