Are you a Fabricator looking for your next role? Would you be interested in 60+ hours per week? If you have experience of fabricating heavy structural engineering parts then this role could be right for you.
Fabricator / Welder Requirements:
* Previous experience of reading and interpreting engineering drawings is essential
* Previous experience of fabrication of engineering parts using workshop machinery such as folders, rollers and cutters
* As a Fabricator / Welder candidates should have previous experience of working with mild steel and/or stainless steel
* Fabricators should have experience of working on structural engineering parts such as beams and girders
* Experience of welding using ARC and MIG on various sizes of metals
Fabricator / Welder Responsibilities:
* The Fabricator / Welder will be required to work from engineering drawings
* As a Fabricator candidates will be required to manufacture heavy structural engineering parts
* Candidates will be required to do both MIG and ARC welding
* Being a sub-contractor, candidates will be required to work on a variety of parts this will include structural and architectural parts
* Candidates will be required to work materials of various thicknesses from 1mm - 30mm working primarily on mild steel
