Who will you be working for?
Capita are the preferred recruitment supplier for a leading industry regulator who are currently expanding and leading the way as an independent body. They have identified the need for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis
What you will be doing?
As an internal recruitment advisor, you will be providing an end to end recruitment process that delivers the highest talent alongside the business HRBP's. The role will require you to build relationships with hiring managers and identify there needs to deliver the correct candidate. Along with recruitment you will also be task with educating the wider business on best practice and become a point of reference within the business for everything recruitment.
As well as day to day recruitment you will also be required to conduct interviews as well as liaise with recruitment partners and manage the security check process. This role can be varied and needs someone who has the flexibility to adapt when necessary.
What can you bring to the role?
The successful candidate will have previous exposure to recruitment, weather that is within an internal function, Agency or RPO. Advanced interview skills would be a benefit, but this is not vital to the role, although an understanding of competency-based questioning would be necessary.
As with any recruitment role, an attention to detail is a must. The work load can be varied and fast paced so getting things right first time is imperative.
