Field Service Technician
A new opportunity has arisen for a Field Service Technician/ Engineer to join my client who is a leading international brand for warewashing solutions for the hotel and catering sector, based in London.
The Field Service Technician/ Engineer, London, will provide service and customer support during field visits, along with managing all on site installations, repairs, maintenance and test tasks. Other responsibilities will include diagnosing errors and technical problems, determining solutions and producing service reports. The Field Service Technicians/ Engineers will also be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service experience and improving customer satisfaction.
Successful candidates for the Field Service Technician/ Engineer, London role will have field service experience, the ability to troubleshoot, test and repair technical equipment and will ideally have 16th or 17th Edition or equivalent Electrical certification.
