People & Culture Administrator (HR)


Within the UK, ISS provides high quality facility services designed to maintain the fabric and appearance of buildings. ISS provides facilities management; cleaning, maintenance and building services; catering; security and a wide range of other tailor-made services for customers throughout the Public, Private and specialist sectors.

Job Purpose:

To provide administrative support of People and Culture activities associated with project delivery within ISS UK. This role will play a central part in the vision and be responsible for the administrative tasks around project work which controls and maintains the quality of our transition activities. In addition the role will support the People and Culture community across the business as required with other administrative tasks as necessary.

Key Accountabilities

* Accountable for the document administration, including, drafting, mail merging and issuing of letters and documents.

* Provide support to communication activities in preparation of venues for meetings and associated documentation.

* Maintenance of the document library on Microsoft Teams.

* Track all People and Culture activity and correspondence within the project and provide updates to the relevant P&C Project Managers.

* Arrangement of meeting logistics.

* Support on key project activity as required e.g. sense checking data, note taking and answering queries.

* Assist the P&C Project Manager's with recruitment and redeployment activity.

* Assist managers with processing new starters, leavers and change forms.

* Participate in projects and assignments as required.

* Provide admin support to the wider People & Culture Operations Team.

* Occasional travel to other locations should business needs dictate.

Experience and Skills

* Experience in HR administration role is preferable but experience in an administration role dealing with personal and confidential information will be considered.

* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

* Ability to organise and prioritise your workload to meet agreed deadlines.

* A high standard of both written and verbal communication is required.

* Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team.

* Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft office packages.

* Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships within the team, internal and external customers.

* A professional telephone manner.

* Excellent customer facing skills
