Are you currently looking for a new challenge? Berry Recruitment have registered a new Permanent opportunity to join our client based in the Thame area as Data & Insight Analyst.

Role: Data & Insight Analyst
Location: Thame
Hours: 09:00 -17:30
Salary: GBP28,000-GBP30,000 per annum

The Role:
• The Data & Insight Analyst needs to develop a clear understanding of Client requirements, together with detailed knowledge of both client and operational capabilities and systems.
• A key requirement is a keen attention to detail with the aptitude to work with multiple data sources to provide reports and insight to our client.
• The role holder will provide proactive operational solutions changes/enhancements /efficiencies that support the Client's and business objectives through a depth of understanding of the brand; be an ambassador of knowledge; and to act as an escalation point internally for Team Managers on a day to day basis.
• You will work collaboratively with the Contact Centre, Field Marketing Teams, CSM and our Client and will be the primary support function ensuring that high quality reporting, trend analysis and insight is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Have experience of working in a dynamic environment where there is a balance between client and internal delivery.
• Have flexibility and adaptability when working on internal or client related reporting projects often within short deadlines.
• Be willing to learn new skills and to adapt to new and changing technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills sufficient to analyse and manipulate data in order to make accurate and consistent interpretations.
• General knowledge of computerised data management systems and experience with word processing, spreadsheet, database, statistical, and presentation software as well as other text, communications and relational database software.
• Computer literate with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulae and functions.
• Working knowledge of creating and delivering reports from raw data sources.
• Excellent data visualisation skills (e.g. creating charts, graphs and dashboard style reports).
• Ability to automate reporting tasks (e.g. write Visual Basic code or SQL commands) desirable.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn new skills and to adapt to new and changing technologies and environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
