The RSPB is the UK's largest conservation organisation, with over 200 nature reserves giving a home to thousands of species across the whole of the UK. By creating and protecting some of the country's rarest habitats we are ensuring the future for some of our most threatened wildlife.
Excellent people are the key to the RSPB achieving its vision, mission and purpose.
We are looking for a confident, friendly, outgoing person with bags of enthusiasm about nature to join the RSPB's dynamic South East team to inspire the public to become members of the RSPB, using your own personalised nature display.
Your working day will revolve around enthusing people about nature and wildlife at a variety of events and locations, including farmers' markets, shopping centres, large shows and festivals where you will pass on your passion for our work, and inspire people to support us. You will be ambitious and work hard to meet your targets and KPIs in order to help us achieve our aim of delivering a world richer in nature.
The role will be based in the South East, with travel costs and van included. Other benefits include a pension contribution scheme, a work mobile phone, time off between Christmas and New Year and discounts at certain stores through our staff association and more!
You will be entering a working environment that sets you up to succeed, with excellent training and induction, one to one mentoring and ongoing support from both your team and your line manager.
