This company is looking for a Customer Care Export Coordinator to join their Sales Support team in Markham Vale. Your role will be to process all orders from their subsidiaries across the world and ensure they are delivered successfully.
As the head office for the brand in the UK, they are shipping goods to their subsidiaries warehouses in Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Serbia and Singapore for them to then service their customers with their product.
The successful candidate's main responsibilities are:
- To process all stock orders and urgent orders for group companies across the world and to take into account any special requirements that may be required for that country/company.
- To liaise with the management team daily to ensure all orders are prioritised correctly, and to an agreed schedule. To communicate with colleagues, transport companies and find solutions if there are delays.
- To track all deliveries with their transport companies and communicate any issues to their customers.
- To provide all packing documents, legal required export documents and shipping invoices in accordance with HMRC rules and regulations.
- To raise invoices for all orders in accordance with customer requirements and debit transport shipping charges for Urgent and Express Orders.
- To log and process all packing discrepancies, claims for damage, old core returns and warranty credits in an agreed time frame.
- To deal with all other customer requests like stock availability, delivery dates, prices, country of origin, weights and commodity codes and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure they comply with HMRC Regulation by maintaining accurate records of all shipments leaving the UK.
- Process management of intercompany stock cleanses.
Qualifications required are:
- Minimum of GCSE pass at core studies.
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent standard would be desirable.
- Export or Customer Service qualification would be desirable.
Experience and skills required:
- Working in a customer care environment.
- Understanding of transport & logistics.
- Significant experience in export & logistics.
- Excellent and diverse communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Order Processing or data inputting.
- Strong in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Able to respond quickly, flexibly and positively to requests.
- Excellent customer service.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- SAP experience would be desirable.
