A scenic and homely hotel, including a Rosette restaurant in rural Brockenhurst. This property boasts 30 rooms, whilst also regularly doing (Apply online only) covers per service. The establishment has a large emphasis on local produce and foraging, from the immediate area.
Role
As a Chef De Partie, you'll be responsible for working alongside a large team of experienced chefs at a 2 AA Rosette level.
