Coordination Hub Administrator
Brook Street are delighted to be supporting a local & national charity who are searching for an experienced Administrator to work from their office based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The position is part time offering 25 hours per week , Monday to Friday.
Salary £16223 pro rata
We'll need you to be responsible for the co-ordination of all administration work relating to the Coordination Hub, including data inputting and rota management support.
To act as a link between Central Departments, the Regional team and the Coordination Hub, providing support to all hub staff and support to other team members who may be working on a temporary basis in the region as required.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Act as first point of contact, handle visitors, receive incoming calls, deal pro-actively with enquiries, exercising professional judgement, sensitivity, confidentiality, support and non-clinical advice when dealing with sensitive/distressing and emotional situations. Provide non- clinical information to patients, relatives and other healthcare workers on an ad-hoc basis
Be responsible for the accurate and timely input of patient details
Undertaking general administration of the computer system, to ensure that accurate computer records are maintained for referrals, nurse allocation, cancellations, packages of care and financial data.
