Lecturer in Facilities Management

Our client is now looking for a Lecturer in Facilities Management to deliver outstanding and innovative teaching, learning and assessment to a wide range of students across the College provision.

So, if you hold a Level 2 plumbing qualification and have the ability to work within a customer focused environment, then they want to hear from you.

You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate use of a broad range of assessment measures as a driver for improving learners’ performance and be effective in managing behaviour and motivating all learners to make a positive contribution to the learning environment and fulfil their potential for learning. Good subject knowledge and an understanding of the relevant curriculum is essential, as is an understanding of the features of good quality teaching and learning.

A Level 5 teaching qualification is highly desirable but not essential, however, they do ask that you are willing to achieve this within 3 years of commencing employment.
