HR Administrator - Starting January (6 Months Contract)
Location - Hitchin
Hourly Rate: GBP11.00 - GBP13.00 per hour
Main Duties
Supporting current HR team with general admin
Assisting with new HR system implementation
Ensuring all records are up to date and in line with the company policy
Ensure all systems are updated with payroll accurately
Processing new starter documents
Processing Leaver Documents
Upkeep and maintenance of internal systems
Recording and monitoring sickness
Working closely with line managers
Working with sensitive data
Key Skills
Previous HR experience is a must
Previous experience working within a HR team
Proficient IT skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to communicate with staff at different levels
