The Role 

As the Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing security personnel and daily operational issues at a customer’s site in Macclesfield. 

Leading by example, you’ll demonstrate Securitas’ values of integrity, vigilance and helpfulness in your day-to-day activities. You’ll act as the first point of contact for security matters and ensure that any issues are swiftly dealt with. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Rigorously reviewing and promoting health and safety on site 
- Ensuring all team members have undertaken necessary vetting, security clearance and training 
- Co-ordinating the rota and ensuring there is sufficient cover for holidays, sickness and absences 
- Actively encouraging staff recognition and staff nominations for awards 
- Monitoring any faults with security related equipment 

About You 

To be considered, you will need: 

- A full five year checkable work history 
- Competency in MS Word, Excel and email (Outlook) 
- Excellent communication skills 
- A highly-organised approach 

Ideally, you’ll have Health and Safety at Work, Customer Service and First Aid at Work training, but this isn’t essential. A current SIA licence would also be beneficial. 

Other companies may call this role Site Security Manager, Site Manager, Operations Manager, Security Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager. 

This is a full time role, working Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 16:00. You’ll also be required to respond to out of hours escalations.
