Health and Wellbeing Project Manager
4 Month Contract - high probability of extension / Temp to Perm
Project Manager with prior experience in leading Health and Wellbeing analysis and implementation initiatives by leading public services organisation based in Berkshire. The Health and Wellbeing Advisor will have had a prior experience in performing detailed sickness absence investigative analysis, examining the current health and wellbeing initiatives within an organisation, business case building and project management of successful health and wellbeing initiatives in line with current trends.
Key skills:
- Demonstrated experience within providing advice on Health and Wellbeing initiatives
- Strong investigative skills relating to sickness absence and Health and Wellbeing research
- Confident, enthusiastic and passionate about Health and Wellbeing
- Strong team working skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Desirable skills:
- A background of working within, or collaborating with, Human Resources
The Health and Wellbeing Advisor will work with a leading public services organisation based in Bracknell, Berkshire on a 4-month contract, and may have the opportunity for extension or conversion to become a longer-term employee.
