Social Worker, A & E
We have a new vacancy available for a Social Worker to take up a role with in the A & E Department based at one of Liverpool's Hospitals.
This is initially a contract until February 2019 which lead to something more long term. You'll be paid an hourly rate of GBP22 per hour.
This is a full time role working 8:30am - 4pm (35 hours per week).
Your duties as an A & E Social Worker will include:
* Completing Care Act, Mental Capacity and Best Interest assessments
* Conducting reviews in order to organise timely safe hospital discharges
* Working in a fast paced and often pressured environment with the support of an experienced and caring team.
* The role will involve some weekend work as the team moves towards a 7 day service
To apply, you must be a Qualified Social Worker with at least 12 months post qualifying experience in Adult Social Work. You must be HCPC registered and have experience of the above duties.
