A rare opportunity has opened for a Marketing Executive to join a world-class marketing team in a luxury travel provider. Based in Central London, this bespoke service is looking for a proactive individual to join their team in driving an improved customer experience journey.
Creativity is at the heart of this role, from producing engaging direct mail campaigns, to creating important pre-trip informational documents to instruct customers. You will be hands-on in actively building and maintaining relationships with key operations within the business, as well as external stakeholders in the delivery of campaigns. You will work closely with the analytics team to characterise customers into distinct segments, as well as regularly analysing and reporting on campaign performance to identify and communicate what works and what doesn't. You will assist the CRM Manager in increasing retention amongst their customer base.
Experience working in a Marketing role is essential, with a strong understanding of building and executing marketing plans. You are collaborative and concise in your work, with an impeccable eye for detail in creating effective marketing campaigns. You possess a can-do attitude, with a confidence in working with numbers on a large scale.
