Due to company expansion and recent contract wins our Client is looking to expand their arb team by recruiting an experienced Arborist Team Leader.
You will need two years climbing experience, experience as a Lead Climber / Team Leader and your CS30,31,38,39, ideally CS40, 41 and 47 and a CSCS card.
This is a permanent job where you will be working a 40 hours a week with around 7 hours a week additional overtime available, you will have four weeks paid holiday plus 8 days for bank holidays, a pension scheme, provision of all PPE and Uniform as well as an ongoing training programme.
For this you will earn to GBP27,700 as your base salary and with overtime to GBP33,500 per year, plus have the opportunity for continued career progression.
In return our Client is looking for a hard-working and experienced Climber who has a minimum of two years climbing experience and ideally this has included being a Team Leading Lead Climber who has experience of being the site safety co-ordinator / responsible person, undertaking / verifying site risk assessments, delegating roles to ensure the task is completed, daily checks of vehicle, plant, ppe, and being the senior team member on site.
