Commercial Contract Officer
Full time 40 Hours
Responsible for contract management and commercial oversight within local Defence Company. To lead on the compilation of quotations, pricing, bids, contract amendments and the management of supplier contracts.
The commercial department understands and communicates to the business the commercial implications of contracting with customers and suppliers. It also ensures that pricing of the services offered is appropriate.
Responsible for quotation approval, purchase approval and post contract cost analysis.

Good numeracy skills /Excel skills
Collation of data
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Good understanding of aviation industry and basic engineering processes
Strong contractual knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Positive and outgoing
Excellent working knowledge of MS Project or equivalent and of MS Excel
Enjoy working as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills
Skill in using a customer service database
Good command of English spelling and grammar in all written correspondence
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
