Insurance Administrator

Want to work as an Insurance Administrator for a small but expanding specialist insurance company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress in the Insurance industry. So you will ideally have your CII certificate in Insurance or be keen to complete it.

As an Insurance Administrator you role will involve:

* Producing Quotations and Policy Documents

* Provide support to clients and ensure conversion of new business, to service existing accounts and to ensure the retention of renewals

* Dealing with client enquiries by telephone, email, fax and text message

* Provide excellent professional customer service at all times

* Ensuring that all clients are treated fairly at all times

* Assist with the efficient and safe running of the Office

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to A level standard, although those with GCSE level will not be overlooked. Some work experience is desired but a keen, quick learner would be considered.

Basic IT skills are required as all processes are electronic and training will be given.

We are based in Towcester town centre. Parking is not available but there is public parking nearby.

This is full time position hours Monday-Friday, 09.00 - 17.00.

Salary is in the region of GBP 19,000 to GBP21K depending on experience
